About
I have a design career spanning over a decade with 8 years UX focused, starting in web and graphic design, I also dabbled in front-end development. Midway through my career, I realised I was drawn to the parts of projects where I could really empathise with the user. I’ve always been curious about human behaviour, and studying psychology at A-level gave me an early grounding in research methods and how the human mind works. This interest led me to specialise in UX and UI design, combining creativity with empathy to create intuitive, purposeful experiences.
Since then, I’ve worked across a wide range of projects and sectors, giving me a strong foundation in adaptability. I’ve learned to shift gears quickly, adjust to different team dynamics, and approach every challenge with a flexible mindset.
I bring a well-rounded toolkit to every project:
I design user interfaces and design systems that balance user needs with business goals, grounded in research and strategy.
My knowledge of HTML and CSS helps me design responsively and practically, ensuring everything not only looks good but functions beautifully across devices.
With a background in branding, typography, and logo design, I craft systems that feel cohesive and considered, not just visually, but conceptually too.
These diverse skills come together in my work as a UX Designer, helping me create solutions that are user-focused, goal-driven, and visually distinct.
When I’m not immersed in pixels and prototypes, you’ll find me out hiking with my dog, exploring art, tech or science exhibitions and enjoying gigs. I’m passionate about languages, I learned Italian while living in Italy for a year, and I’m currently taking weekly Spanish lessons. I’m also a big fan of documentaries, anime, sci-fi, and dancing; some of my favourites are DNB, Afrobeats and salsa. Travelling is another passion of mine; I love discovering new cultures and drawing inspiration from the world around me.
I also mentor junior UX designers, as well as current students from my former university in my free time, coaching them into roles in UX, product design, and other sectors, helping them build confidence, and guiding them as they navigate the industry.
Design is my craft, but curiosity is what fuels it. I love solving real problems and bringing a bit of joy, beauty, and clarity into the products I help create.
